Example
- You refer a Food Service manufacturer hiring a Plant Manager.
- We close a $25,000 deal.
- You receive $2,500 (10%) as a thank you for the closed lead.
- An agreement is required to document our commitment to pay referral fees and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.Rewards are paid within 30-45 days after we receive client payment for the deal. Referral rewards are considered taxable income under IRS rules. We will request a Form W-9 before issuing any payment and will issue a Form 1099-NEC if total rewards reach $600 or more in a calendar year. Referrals remain valid for 12 months from submission. "First-year billings" refers to total collected net revenue from the deal during the first 12 months. Full details are available in our Program Terms & Conditions.
